How to Delete Your Account on IronHex

If you ever decide to stop using IronHex, you have full control over your data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated information directly from the app — no need to contact support. Here's a step-by-step guide.

What happens when you delete your account?

Before you continue, it's important to understand what this means:

• All your data is permanently deleted: your profile, custom routines, workout history, personal records, training programs, and body weight log.

• This action cannot be undone. Once confirmed, there is no way to recover anything.

• If you have an active Premium subscription, remember to cancel it first through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS) to avoid future charges. Deleting your IronHex account does not automatically cancel your store subscription.

Before deleting: export your data

If you want to keep a copy of your workout history, routines, and stats, you can download them before deleting your account. On the same My Data & Privacy screen (see instructions below), you'll find the Download export button.

You can choose which blocks to include:

• Profile

• Routines

• Session history

• Records

• Programs

• Preferences

Data is downloaded as a JSON file, which you can save to your device or the cloud.

Exports are limited to once every 24 hours.

Steps to delete your account

1. Open your profile

From the IronHex home screen, tap the Profile tab (person icon in the bottom navigation bar).

2. Go to "My Data & Privacy"

Inside your profile, scroll down to the Account section and tap My Data & Privacy.

3. Scroll to the "Account" section

Inside the My Data & Privacy screen, scroll all the way to the bottom. You'll find the Account section with the Delete my account option shown in red.

4. Tap "Delete my account"

Tap that option. A confirmation dialog will appear with the message:

"This will permanently delete all your data and cannot be undone. Are you sure?"

5. Confirm the deletion

Tap Delete to confirm. The process will start automatically:

• All your data is removed from the server.

• Your session is signed out.

• You'll be redirected to the login screen.

The whole process usually takes just a few seconds.
