Combusto 1.7.1: footer width now matches the page

On pages with a sidebar the footer stayed at the narrow width while the content above widened, so it looked off-centre. Fixed.

On pages with a sidebar (home, town, province…) the footer kept the narrow default width (640px) while the content above widens to 1040px, so it looked off-centre next to the rest of the page. Spotted from a real screenshot. Same fix that the header already got on 2026-10-03.
