Combusto 1.0.1: averages that follow your fuel, and a link to the province ranking

Combusto 1.0.1 fixes the averages on town and province pages and adds a link that was missing between them.

A note on the interface: Combusto is currently in Spanish. Labels are shown as they appear on screen, followed by their English meaning in parentheses.

Fixes

• Averages now follow the fuel you choose. When you changed the fuel in the selector, the price and the table updated, but the averages did not. They stayed on the diesel (Gasóleo A) values. The affected figures were Media de (Average of) the town and the province on a town page, and Media de the province and Municipios con datos (Towns with data) on a province page. They are now recalculated for the fuel you picked.
• Town pages link to their province ranking. The province pages, which rank all the towns of a province from the cheapest to the most expensive, were not linked from anywhere on the site. Each town page now has a link under the averages: Ver el ranking de municipios de… (See the ranking of towns in…).

• The version number in the footer now reads Combusto v1.0.1.
